Digital Marketer

Digital marketing involves the promotion of products and services through a variety of digital channels, using the internet (social media and website) and mobile technology.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  2. Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  3. Create and manage engaging content for social media channels, including writing and scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and engaging with followers.
  4. Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
  5. Create visually appealing graphics and videos for digital marketing materials.
  6. Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  7. Monitor and optimize website content and landing pages to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
  8. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing space.

Qualifications

  2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  5. Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  6. Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
  7. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  9. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  10. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary – N70,000 to N90,000 per month subject to skills and experience

Market Research Analyst

We are seeking a talented and proactive individual to join our marketing team as a Market Research Analyst who will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research and analysis to provide valuable insights and inputs to the business plans, feasibility studies, and other reports to be prepared for our clients.

Responsibilities

Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences

Collecting data on consumers, competitors, business costs and revenues and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations

Simplifying complex data into a user-friendly format, such as graphs, charts, and other visual aids.

Preparing and presenting market research, business plans, feasibility studies, pitch decks and financial models to clients and management.

Proof read data reports written by other content contributors.

Qualification

  1. Live around Ojodu Berger or OPIC areas in Lagos.
  2. Excellent computer skills in excel, powerpoint and MS word, ChatGPT and similar apps
  3. Excellent internet and primary research skills, financial models and use of research tools like SPSS
  4. Ability to create and analyze financial models, graphs and business survey questionnaires
  5. Ability to write engaging business blogs and well researched business plans and feasibility studies
  6. Should have excellent written and oral English skills
  7. A good knowledge of the Nigerian business environment with strong offline and online networks
  8. Be able to work with minimal supervision
  9. The candidate should be dedicated, honest, diligent, resourceful and intelligent
  10. Should be able to manage time well and meet assignment deadlines
  11. First degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance or Business administration.
  12. A minimum of 2 years verifiable experience in research and business plan/feasibility study preparation.
  13. Must be able to pass a background check and show a portfolio of previous work done

Salary – N80,000 to N100,000 per month determined by experience and skills.

Customer/Client Services Officer

We are looking for a customer service officer with good communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team. As the customer/Client service officer, you will work directly with clients to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support.

Responsibilities

  1. Circulate information about the company’s services to new and existing clients.
  2. Set up and optimize company pages within each social media platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  3. Generate, publish and share daily social media content and blog posts that build meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action
  4. Update our website shop, support/knowledge Centre and social media platforms.
  5. Answer client inquiries via social media, website, phone, email, and in-person
  6. Direct clients to our online resources and social media platforms
  7. Assist clients to fill loan application forms and review other loan documents submitted
  8. Update client records in the system, including notes about interactions
  9. Collect information from clients about their business information, needs and requirements
  10. Encourage customers to complete surveys
  11. Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience

Qualification

  1. Live close to Ojodu Berger or OPIC in Lagos
  2. OND or Degree or equivalent
  3. Marketing or customer service experience in a financial institution is a plus
  4. Familiarity with  company registration and business loan application documents is a must have. 
  5. Extensive contacts/followers/network online and offline
  6. Energetic, professional, and friendly demeanor
  7. Excellent communication skills
  8. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media use,  ChatGPT and similar apps.

Customer/Client Service Officer Salary – N70,000 to N90,000 per month subject to skills and experience

Office Assistant

The Office Assistant is responsible for keeping the office clean, supplied and organized.

Responsibilities

The office assistants’ job duties include cleaning the office and premises, filing, taking inventory, keeping records, preparing documents, processing and delivering mail, scheduling appointments, receiving guests and answering telephones.

Qualification

Live around Ojodu Berger or OPIC areas.

The Office Assistant candidate should have credits in WASC/GCE including Maths and English, good knowledge of Lagos City and cleaning skills.

1 year of relevant experience in an office
environment or in a business centre

Working knowledge of office equipment –
Laptops, photocopy and printing machine, projector e.t.c

Salary – N40,000 to N45,000 per month
