Business Development Officer 

We are looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented business development officer to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales. The business development officer’s responsibilities include identifying company products and services that are underperforming, developing an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improving existing sales proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and clients.
  • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether clients are satisfied with company products and services.
  • Leading the team on market research plans to identify new opportunities and clients
  • Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
  • Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
  • Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
  • Developing and pitching ideas for potential Clients
  • Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team

  • OND, Degree or equivalent
  • Marketing or customer service experience is a plus

Salary

N50,000 to N80,000 per month determined by experience and skills.

Customer Service Officer 

We are looking for a customer service officer with good communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team. As the customer service officer, you will work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support. You must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic.

  • Customer Service Officer Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries via social media, phone, email, and in-person
  • Direct customers to online resources
  • Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
  • Pitch ideas for improving customer care
  • Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
  • Develop a rapport with customers
  • Encourage customers to complete surveys
  • Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience
